My family and friends have absolutely loved staying at Amelia’s airbnb. This has been our second time here. Such a beautiful, clean and tidy house with absolutely everything you would need and more. So close to the centre of town.

I had a fantastic stay in Mallacoota – everything about this Airbnb was perfect. The space was peaceful, beautifully presented and maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was absolutely amazing – so comfortable I didn’t want to get up! You can really tell that Amelia has put a lot of care into making the place feel warm and welcoming. I absolutely loved it and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

A central and comfortable place for a group of friends to stay and catch up. The bedroom with the bunks was a bit warm the first night (after such a hot day!) and Amelia offered to drop a fan off which was kind. Spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen (even had a champagne stopper) meant we could relax and cook up a storm. Close to town as well as the beaches, we really enjoyed experiencing all Mallacoota had to offer. Already planning a return trip!

One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in! Will definitely be going back. The house was very clean she even had the fire light when we arrived.

Very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed, clean and welcoming. Great space for kids/dogs to run around in the back garden. Easy walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. Will recommend to friends and stay there in the future.

For my first proper Airbnb experience it was perfect! Easy to find and perfect distance from the Main Street. Amelia was lovely making sure we arrived safely and were comfortable she also recommended some places to go and eat. My partner had never been to Mallacoota before so I’m happy that we had a beautiful home to stay in for a few days. We will definitely be visiting again. Would highly recommended.

Pheeney Place suited us perfectly. Separate bed and bathrooms for ourselves and our friends, and a great safe yard and dog friendly house for our two dogs. A short walk to shops and beautiful scenery.

Pheeny place was the perfect halfway point getaway for myself, my husband and family from Canberra. Mallacoota is a hidden gem in Victoria with beautiful beaches and stunning walks. We absolutely loved staying at Amelias stunning home, it was everything and more and had all the creature comforts. Our two labradors loved all the space to run crazy in the backyard and were living their best life down at the beach everyday. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend staying here

Pheeney Place is a beautiful, comfortable, welcoming space, with every possible piece of kitchen appliance, cutlery and crockery you could ever want. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable, the warm blanket was awesome especially with the temperatures dropping quickly over the weekend. We had a beautiful time around the fireplace. Amelia was very responsive and helped with recommendations for local eateries as well as sharing what tourist activities were happening over the weekend. Loved our stay.

This was, beyond a doubt, the most well appointed, cleanest and most comfortable vacation home we have stayed in. We fell in love with Mallacoota, especially when we were walking down the main road and got ‘tooted’ by Amelia followed by a “hi girls, you’re locals now!” Amelia organised a cruise tour for us, which was one of the best mornings we’ve had in a long time. Contact Dale at Loch-Ard (the seafood caravan in the carpark) and tell them we sent you!

This is a beautiful house in a great location, able to walk to all shops and restaurants. The house has everything you might need and is spacious and comfortable. We were very happy to be able to bring our dog - while the yard is fully enclosed, small dogs can get through the gate which has wide bars, so you will need to be prepared for that. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic spot right in town. House is great, especially for families. I would say even better than the photos show. Amelia was super quick to respond and very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Mallacoota has always been our favourite places and being able to stay at this property made our visit extra enjoyable. Getting in was easy and the house was well located, had great amenities and was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

It is a tranquil town and people are all very friendly and perfect for a family or close friends on a casual getaway.There is always a by-product of Pelican waiting for your fish in the fishing deck.Very many people on vacation, not many commercial and dining options, can prepare for supplies in advance.

This is our second time staying at Amelia’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay: close to shops and beeches. The kitchen is well equipped with great appliances and the rooms are well appointed. Highly recommend for a family holiday.

There was a trampoline in the backyard, which is great for children. The house is close to the beach, and it is a great place if you want to have a peaceful time

The location is perfect- easy walk to all key shops, restaurants and cafes. Amelia was very responsive in the lead up to our stay and provided local recommendations and advice. Childrens toys all provided and our toddler was well entertained with what was there throughout the week so was great to not need to bring any extra items with us. The back garden is fully fenced and secure and our 2 dogs fit in easily to the accommodation. Amelia set up a Christmas tree and a welcome basket with some lovely treat items in it for us to enjoy. Couldn’t recommend Amelia and her property more. A beautiful and relaxing stay. Would book again!

Gorgeous home with really well equipped kitchen and very cosy lounge with natural light and Woodfire and reverse cycle heating. Ideal for a few nights and we loved the comfortable beds.

The house was perfect for us and our dogs! it was immaculate and well appointed and super easy to walk everywhere from the excellent location. I would highly recommend it for a comfortable and easy family holiday.

Amelia’s place was perfect for our stay, we took our 2 dogs and the yard was great for them. The living area was light & open. The kitchen area was well stocked with good quality appliances. The extra little touches like the coffee pods were a great bonus.
