A great, clean and comfortable stay with amazing scenic views.

This is a very nice and spacious house with excellent views from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked some meals from scratch. I was surprised at how quiet the area is. The location is good; the shops in Mallacoota are about 15 minutes walk away + the lake is just down the hill a bit.

Fantastic place and location, I highly recommend.

A great home in a really wonderful location. Excellent views over the whole town and out into the bay. Host was friendly and communicated with us very quickly.

Thé house was absolutely spotless, meticulously presented and organised. Easy to find and clear self-check in. All amenities including laundry and kitchen fully equipped. Huuuuge TV. Backyard fenced in. Balcony views of the water with morning sun. Off street parking. And walking distance to the waters edge, main wharf area, town and a great running track along the water into the national park trail head. Quiet and beautiful . Lovely

Amelia is beyond a 5 star superhost! After I made a terrible error with my booking. All my fault as I clicked the +/- 1 day option and I didn’t realise the booking did just that without the alert (Different from non-airbnb). Amelia was incredible, considering my shocking brain fart. Her warm, gracious and ‘get it done without nonsense’ personality had us in a beautiful, very clean home, a short walk to the beach. If Amelia is your host, buy yourself a lottery ticket for her and you because you have struck gold (the exception to my no gambling) getting her as a host.

This house was absolutely amazing! Super clean, spacious, and beautifully set up, everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was right there. The location was perfect, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great location for both a short or long stay holiday. Short stay for us, but was located about 20 min walk from closest cafe. Close proximity to boardwalk along the water. Amazing views of the water. 5 min drive to the restaurants and foreshore and 10 min drive to the beach.

This was our second visit to Bella Views and it was just as good as the first. The location is excellent with views out to Gabo Island and closer-in to Mallacoota itself. The house is clean and well appointed.

Really enjoyed our time at Amelia’s place. Beautiful view and the house was perfect for what we wanted. Amelia was very accommodating with us travelling with our pets.

Place had great views of the Mallacoota bay. We had some electrical issues as a result of the storms occurring in the area. I was very impressed with the speed in which the property manager had a maintenance representative, and electrician out to the property. Large spaces to hang out in. Was a great stay!

What a great holiday house, very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Has excellent views from the balcony.

Very spacious beautiful house with great views. The fireplace was lovely with plenty of wood supplied. Amelia was very helpful and booked in a remedial massage for my daughter with a local masseuse. Mallacoota has some great walks and beautiful beaches. We had a fun game of mini golf and enjoyed some delicious dumplings at Lucys restaurant. Highly recommended.

Our stay at this Mallacoota home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. We especially enjoyed the peaceful mornings on the porch, sipping coffee and soaking in the natural beauty of the area. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the kindness and attentiveness of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Mallacoota!

Bringing my parents to Australia for a month choose to stay here for a month. The view from the large balcony is amazing, the house has a super queen bed, and my parents are very happy to stay. I don't want to go.

Spacious holiday house, ideal for small children with open plan set up and large balcony, which is well secured. Also has a decent sized garden. House is located slightly out of town (20min walk) but has nice views overlooking the inlet. Short drive to nearby beaches - betka beach by the river mouth is particularly good for small kids.

We loved our stay. Amazing views, great spacious kitchen, very clean, easy to park, quiet street. Loved having a smart TV with apps logged in and some boardgames to play. The wood fire being built for us and firewood supplied was also amazing.
