23 Martin Street – Great communication with Amelia. Spotless large well decorated home with a well equipped kitchen.

Excellent home for a getaway.  We loved our stay.

Acoullview – Great location and great holiday home exactly as advertised. The rear deck with a fantastic view of lake and mountains is excellent, and there is a big enclosed backyard with a lush green lawn. Only a 5 minute easy stroll to the lake or centre of town. A great base to enjoy everything Mallacoota has to offer.

Jandarra – fully renovated house only a fifteen minute drive to Lakes Entrance

What a great home in a beautiful part of the country. Very nicely restored and very comfortable with modern bathroom, kitchen and heating. Not our usual (beach) accommodation but we had a great time and it’s easy to explore the area from Jandarra. Both Owner and agent went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, which was much appreciated. Hope to be back, thanks!

Eagle View

We were very lucky to stay in Eagle View in Mallacoota for the Melbourne Cup weekend. The rear unit had been just renovated to the highest standards. Everything is brand new and very high quality. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils. There is even a coffee machine. Fresh lemons were a nice touch too. There is a lovely deck with a brand new BBQ. The unit has a shared laundry, and there is a space for the car in the carport. It is only a short drive to the lake, shops and the beach. Amelia is very helpful and efficient.

Thank you very much – we would love to go back to Mallacotta and stay in Eagle View again in the future!

Bella Views – Out standing holiday rental featuring maginificant views

We had a fantastic week at Bella Views! The house is wonderful and one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Views were great and the back deck was the perfect place to enjoy the morning coffee. The kids made use of the outdoor games provided and enjoyed playing outside. A great place for the whole family!

We stayed at Pheeney Place while undertaking research for the University of Tasmania around the waters of Mallacoota. The house has everything you want and is extremely comfortable, stylish, and close to the  shops and beach – linen is fully supplied. Amelia was extremely helpful when making the booking, going out of her way to make sure all our needs were met, nothing was too hard.  I would highly recommend staying at Pheeny House, and cannot give enough thanks to Amelia with all the help she providing with the booking and making our stay very comfortable. We will be back 5 stars!!!

Bella Views – Outstanding Holiday Rental –  A well appointed property with room to accommodate 3 couples or a family. The living area is spacious and comfortable. Taking advantage of the great view. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the view of the inlet and entrance. Town is but a short drive or long walk away. The town has plenty to offer for an isolated location. Plenty of locations to walk the dog or sit and enjoy natures best.

Eagle View House – This is a brilliant place to stay. It’s a tranquil quiet spot yet just a short and very scenic stroll into town. The house is spotless and very comfortable – pillows, linen and beds all fresh and lovely. Great kitchen and wrap around deck. We would definitely book this place again.

Acoullview – Everything we could need in a holiday home – Doesn’t have street appeal but step inside and it’s a different story! Spacious deck with lovely outlook, fresh flowers, comfy beds, freshly painted inside, simple new furniture, fabulous backyard, close to shops and pier area. Visited Origami Coffee everyday! Property Manager was very helpful and lovely to communicate with. Highly recommend

High Tide – We had a lovely stay. The location was fantastic, the apartment was spacious, stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We will be back.

Coota Views House – What an amazing home! Everything from the kitchen, to the deck, to the bedrooms was well thought about. I felt like I was in a resort sitting on the egg chairs. Perfect and safe home for kids and wow that view! Short drive to town which was nice.

Pheeney Place – Great accommodation, walking distance to everything and with a wonderful view. Very clean with all the amenities you could need. Will definitely be back.

Eagle View Unit – Sparkling clean, stylish unit. Great location, we walked to shops. Our little dog (pug) enjoyed the stay and our seven year old loved his room.

Eagle View House – This is a gorgeous, comfortable house in a beautiful, quiet location. It has a lovely verandah to enjoy the morning sun with a coffee or cocktails at sunset. The house is well equipped and has a great laundry and parking. The host is wonderfully helpful too!

Mulloway Place – We spent 2 nights here and had a great stay in this stylish getaway. Had everything we needed and an amazing view out to the water, amongst lovely gardens. All very easy! Would recommend.

Ocean Views – Beautiful, clean, new home. Stunning views with kangaroos right outside the window.

High Tide Studio – 6 star location! This Modern and clean studio has easy check in access and is close to everything in town. Just across the road from the local pub and across the way from the lake.

23 Martin Street – This home is located a very short walk from the lake and it enjoys lake views and its an easy walk into town (I would drive if you have shopping). The house itself has every possible amenity you could want, it is beautifully presented and is kept spotlessly clean. Host Amelia went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I wish all hosts were as warm, friendly and professional.

23 Martin Street – Amelia’s place is a very spacious and comfortable house. All the furniture and amenities are quite modern and comprise lots of thoughtful touches. It sits in a scenic location and a short drive to town centre. Would highly recommend for anyone.

High Tide Apartment – We stayed in Mallacoota for two days. The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. Great location. Within walking distance to cafes and shops. Quiet as well.

Mulloway Place – Perfect for a peaceful few days of reading, eating and walking to town. Stylish, clean and very comfortable.

Coota House – Beautiful place to stay with incredible views of the lake. The house setup and amenities were perfect! Hope to be back again.

Coota Views Unit – For a smaller space it was great for us & our dog. Although it doesn’t have a secure yard, given he goes everywhere with us, what was there was enough. The balcony, seating & views were amazing, breath taking sunrises & sunsets. Fantastic size bedroom with glass doors leading out to those amazing views on the balcony. Would definitely go back, maybe the house on top for even better views.

Coota Unit – Lovely quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of Mallacoota town, with amazing views across the lakes. Handy for walks – we did a lovely walk to one of the jetties in Croajingolong National Park right from the door. The place is lovely and modern and was very clean on our arrival. The bathroom is very small but functional and the living space is very generous. There’s everything you need for a lovely relaxing stay.

High Tide Apartment – The whole family loved this space – it was beautiful and spacious as well as quiet, comfortable and in walking distance to everything you needed. Would definitely stay again.

Coota Views House – It was paradise. Watching the kangaroos in the mornings and afternoons next to the sun sparkling on the water. What a view from the kitchen sink. The kitchen was awesome and the beds were super comfy. Dogs, baby and nan had a great time. Really love that it was dog friendly. Thank you for offering this. Didn’t want to leave

High Tide Studio – This place was very clean and everything was new. The studio is actually spacious and perfect for a couple. The kitchenette was practical as was the location. This is the best thing about the studio. Easy to walk anywhere. The coffee shop next door, pub across the road, Chinese food a few doors down, Pizza, Art Gallery and more! The wharf is walking distance too. The scenery especially in dusk was beautiful. The water was so calm, like glass. The only thing to be mindful of is the stairs getting up to the studio. This could be a problem if you are carrying heavy baggage. Otherwise, I loved staying here. I wish my trip was longer!

Coota Views House – Absolutely loved our stay at Coota Views. The view was amazing, the house was very clean and so cosy of an evening. It has everything you need. If you have portable WiFi then bring it as there are smart TVs that just need a WiFi connection. Loved that we could bring our mini labradoodle! We were able to park the car and boat at the top of the property which made it really easy and the property is located between the township and gypsy point boat ramp where we put the boat in. Would definitely stay again!

HIGH TIDE STUDIO – ‘Great apartment, fantastic location, very comfy and spotlessly clean. Park your car of a night and walk to wherever you want to go for dinner. Unfortunately the offerings at this time of year are a little light on but the pub and especially Lucy’s are great. Very quiet and cosy room.’

MULLOWAY PLACE – ‘We had a wonderful time. The house was spotless and the view was gorgeous. A little bit out of town but not an issue at all. Thanks Amelia for hosting. Your communication was fantastic.’

Wonderful Service – Amelia kindly upgraded our booking to a different property after booking, so I won’t review the room itself but I can vouch for her excellent hospitality and generosity. Our place was very clean and thoughtfully appointed, we felt so well looked after during our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Amelia at any of her properties next time we visit Mallacoota.

Coota Unit – The views are incredible, Amelia was amazing helping us out with Wifi, you can literally watch the sunrise behind mountains with lake in view from your bed, no words, just incredible 😍

Pheeney Place – We’ve stayed in a lot of locations and met lot of hosts, and Amelia was the warmest, most friendly host we’ve ever had pleasure to stay with. As owner-manager of the property, it shows that she has put so much love and effort into the interior design and amenities, with everything thought of. The property is in the perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of town, and the kitchen and living areas were a joy, particularly with the wood heater keeping us cosy on cold winter nights. Easily the best accommodation in Mallacoota!
